Supporting Hackney Arts Industry

In partnership with SPACE studios, Shoreditch Trust funded the fit out of 12 small self contained artist studios in the Timber Wharf mixed-use development on Kingsland Road.

All units are now fully let to artists and the Trust will share a proportion of the rental income.
