Waterhouse Offices are a joint venture development between Shoreditch Trust and City of London Corporation.

The offices are part of a mixed use development completed in 2006 by Places for People. The commercial space (which houses the Shoreditch Trust office and eco conference centre) together with the courtyard, have been designed to transform a standard concrete construction using a combination of good design and innovative environmental materials and technologies.

• Dalsouple flooring (natural rubber)
• Low energy comfort cooling and heating
• Motion sensor lighting in the common parts to reduce energy use
• Large windows for maximum natural light into spaces
