Details of the partnership

Shoreditch Trust is working in partnership with local developers Jason Lowe and Lori de Mori, Shoreditch Architects Waugh Thistleton, structured timber panel suppliers KLH UK Ltd and Shoreditch photographer Dan Tobin Smith to develop this unique scheme. Work is due to start on site in August 2010, and construction will be complete in early 2011.

Shoreditch Trust will have a share in the freehold and the leasehold of the 2 commercial units will remain a community asset owned by Shoreditch Trust.
