Waterhouse Restaurant and Conferencing

The second of the Trust’s restaurants opened in Orsman Road, Shoreditch, in 2008. In partnership with the Shoreditch Trust’s training arm the Blue Marble Trust the restaurant offers training opportunities to local people while its ongoing success continues to play a crucial role in building a vibrant positive identity for North Shoreditch, providing a hub for locals and a destination for visitors.
