Set up by Shoreditch Trust in 2008, the Waterhouse Restaurant continues to offer delicious and ethical fare in surroundings whose eco-credentials are second to none.

In partnership with Shoreditch Trust’s training arm the Blue Marble Trust, the restaurant offers training opportunities to local people while its ongoing success continues to play a crucial role in building a vibrant positive identity for North Shoreditch, providing a canalside hub for locals and a destination for visitors.
