Set along the historic Regent's Canal, this £4m development provides office space to Small and Medium sized Enterprises, with a particular focus on catering to the needs of businesses within the creative sector.

In 2006 Shoreditch Trust and the City of London Corporation, as a joint venture partners, acquired the 14,000 square feet of commercial space in this redevelopment of a disused warehouse.

The property consists of 13 studios; 12 varying in size from 760 – 2000 sq ft and a large basement unit. The units benefit from cool, crisp architecture, canal side views, superb natural daylight and high quality design and finish.

The development offers secure on-site vehicle and bicycle parking and is less than five minutes walk from the new Haggerston Station on the East London Line due to open 23rd May 2010.

The project represents the coming together of a number of Shoreditch Trust targets, including:

•regeneration by attracting businesses to the area
