"It has helped me a lot as it has introduced me to many new people and I was very lonely before. Sharing their company on the Walk and Talk is great. I enjoy the exercise and on that day I would be at home walking my bedroom, looking at the four walls, so it’s great to be out walking in company. I hope we can keep the group held together as it is, and I feel very optimistic that this will happen. Co-leading the Walk and Talk has helped me feel a whole lot better in myself."
