If you need a specific member of staff you can find staff contact details on our team directory.

To donate: We are fundraising to deliver meals to people who are severely ill or unable to leave the house. Please help if you can.

To volunteer: Thank you to everyone who had volunteered their time to support people in Hackney. If you are seeking local volunteering opportunities please contact Volunteer Centre Hackney

Shoreditch Trust is supporting people across Hackney during the Coronavirus outbreak.

Many people who usually use our services are older and/or have physical health problems, or are heavily pregnant, placing them at extra risk from the virus.

We have continue to provide support to everybody who uses our services. As well as phone calls, video calls, text messages, emails, and limited face to face work, we are providing meal parcels and baby clothes for those in need.

We are still accepting new people into our services through a fast access triage system.

Please do not come to our office or the Healthy Living Centre at this time.

WaterHouse Restaurant is open for tap'n'take

WaterHouse Restaurant is open for tap'n'take breakfasts, lunches and sweet treats, as well as office and event catering. The restaurant continues to provide emergency free meal parcels to people who are too unwell to cook, or who do not have access to safe cooking facilities. The young chefs from Blue Marble Training are supporting the meal preparation in the socially distanced kitchen.

Workspaces are open

Shoreditch Trust workspaces for social enterprises, small businesses and charities remain open, as many of the tenants in the co-working spaces, studios and offices are carrying out essential work. People using the building are asked to observe NHS advice on Coronavirus. We have shared details of the advice and support available for small businesses with all tenants.

Bookings at The Healthy Living Centre

Shoreditch Trust activities at the Healthy Living Centre have been paused, and all external bookings for meeting and activity rooms have been cancelled.

New bookings and rescheduled bookings are being accepted. If you need to contact us about your booking please email

The NHS Maternity Centre at 170 Pitfield Street is still operational.
