Elizabeth is a Mental Health Coach on the Wellbeing Network at Shoreditch Trust. Her experience in mental health coaching has been a deeply rewarding journey, shaped by a genuine commitment to helping others navigate life’s challenges with confidence, clarity and compassion. Drawing on her academic background in Social Work and Psychology, she has worked closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting them in building emotional resilience, confidence and sustainable habits for mental wellbeing.
Whether working one-on-one or in group settings, Elizabeth approaches each coaching relationship with empathy, active listening and a solution-focused mindset. Her goal is to always adopt a humanistic, person-centred approach that is non-judgmental and empowering, helping people explore their emotions, confront limiting beliefs and unlock their full potential.
Elizabeth holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology from Roehampton University, where she focused on physical activity, perceived stress and wellbeing. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Health and Wellbeing Psychology at City St George’s University, focusing on diabetes and its effects on wellbeing.
Her academic journey, along with volunteering at a boys’ home in Trinidad, Greenhouse Sports UK and various community programmes, has shaped her development as a mental wellbeing professional. Supporting others is not just a career, but a personal calling.
