On Tuesdays, Nazmun also works as a Health & Wellbeing Coach with Well Street Common PCN at Trowbridge Surgery, where she supports clients in managing their health and overall wellbeing.
Nazmun began her journey in the voluntary and community sector in 2006 as a volunteer, contributing to a healthy living project through marketing, fundraising, capacity building, community development, and delivering workshops with a Hackney-based environmental education group.
She has extensive experience working with older adults, particularly through her leadership in developing and coordinating the much-loved Sharp End programme—an initiative designed to support healthy ageing, alleviate isolation and loneliness, and community connection.
Nazmun recently earned an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, a qualification that significantly enhances her ability to support individuals in both her roles.
In recent years, she has also played a key role in the Trust’s Stroke Prevention programme, providing one-to-one casework, facilitating the High Care Group, and leading a weekly walking group to promote physical activity and social engagement.
