Sec is Deputy Facilitator for the Trust's Blue Marble Training programme and Sous Chef at Shoreditch Trust’s social enterprise restaurant, Waterhouse.
Sec works closely with the trainee chefs from the first day they come in the kitchen. He helps them to understand the language that is used in the catering environment. He motivates trainees to try new ingredients and flavours, while teaching them to develop new skills. Sec has over 15 years of experience in the catering industry, having worked in a wide range of roles from a kitchen porter to head chef.
