Sec is Deputy Facilitator for the Trust's Blue Marble Training programme and Sous Chef at Shoreditch Trust’s social enterprise restaurant, WaterHouse.
Sec helps run the day-to-day working of WaterHouse kitchen. He works closely with the trainee chefs, helping them develop their skills and introducing them to new flavours. He has 15 years of experience in the catering industry, having worked in a wide range of roles.
Besides cooking, Sec enjoys skating and cycling as a way of exploring and trying new things.
